  • Each piece is guaranteed for two months after purchase. This guarantee covers any damage caused by a manufacturing fault, which will be repaired or replaced free of charge within this period. After the two-month guarantee, repairs may incur a small fee.

Finding Your Ring Size

  • Visit a Jeweler: For the most accurate measurement of your ring size, visit a local jeweler.
  • Use a Ring Sizing App: If visiting a jeweler isn't feasible, you can use a ring sizing app. Simply measure the inner diameter of a well-fitting ring using the app.
  • Between Sizes? If you find yourself between two sizes or between a full and half size, I recommend opting for the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
  • Please provide your ring size using NZ/AU sizing. You can refer to a conversion chart here.

BUYING FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

  • Borrow a Ring: If you're unsure of their size, borrow a ring they wear on the same finger and take it to a jeweler or use a sizing app to measure it accurately.
  • Ask Around: Alternatively, you can ask friends or family if they know the person's ring size.
